This is a great project for your pet. It puts the food and water bowls on a raised platform. There is plenty of storage space under the bowls and the top is removable for easy cleaning. This is a frame-and-panel build. If that is above your skill level you can use plywood for the sides and raised door panels. The project is designed for a large or medium size dog. If you have a smaller dog you could easily adjust the plans for that.
