Outdoor Lounge Chair Plans

These outdoor lounge chairs cost a pretty penny, if you buy them. It’s much cheaper to do them as a DIY project.

Locate any holes the project might have. Apply wood filler and let dry. Check whether you need another layer. Sand project with 120 grit sandpaper. Wipe and vacuum to get rid of sawdust. Do a test coat of the protective coat that you will be applying to the chair. Do it on a piece of scrap wood or on a hidden area. Use wood conditioner and primer as needed.
