This is a fun quick and easy build and kids love it. The project was intended to be made using Cedar but you could also do it using pine. Just seal it with an outdoor protectant, if you are leaving it outdoors. The joinery in the plans is done with pocket holes, but of course you can do it any way you like. You might also consider adding little feet to keep it off the ground so the wood isn’t in direct contact with the ground.
