This pattern is of a 1985 Dodge Ram pickup truck. It has the rugged, square look that I associate with traditional American pickup trucks. It would have been made at the Warren Truck Plant in Warren Michigan. The pickup was designed to be used for work, for instance on a farm. Whereas other trucks were designed more for the enthusiast who likes the idea of owning a pickup truck.
