Sitting at your desk, all the time, is very unhealthy. So what I have for you today is 2 plans. The one is for a sitting or standing desk. The other one is to convert a normal desk into a standing desk. I really recommend trying this out as it can make a huge difference to your health. The siting or standing desk calls for the use of pipes to support the desktop. These can however easily be replaced with wood if you prefer that.
