Difficulty: Low
This is a goofy pull toy for young children. The legs of the grasshopper moves as the wheels turn. The toy can be made out of any scrap wood that you might have lying around. In the plans they used maple for the body and walnut for the legs. This gives a nice color contrast.
The most difficult part of the project is the wheels. Wheels need to be perfectly round to work. If you can’t make wheels, buy them at a craft store instead.
These plans was for sale at one point. They say that you bought the plans in the PDF. That part is not correct.
