I love CA glue! I don’t love glueing myself to my work with a spray of activator. I avoid that by using some kitchen gloves when I work with CA glue. I am going to use the tip about using water based filler, so I can just ad water if it dries out.
Just one little tip from me. If you want grainlines in your wood where you have used woodfiller, just bed some woodshavings into the woodfiller vertically along the grain. When it’s dry trim with a knife then sand. This works better with darker woods and those woods with a more defined grain.
