A fun type of project that many woodworkers enjoy is to try and copy a design of off an antique. This plan is based on the design and joinery of a 100 year old cupboard. The fact that the original was in use for 100 years tells you something about the construction. If you are up for a challenge you can try doing it with handtools, like they did 100 years ago.
